The Spirit PEEK Interference Screws are made from implantable-grade PEEK. These screws provide exceptional fixation for both soft tissue and BTB grafts for ACL and PCL reconstruction. The Spirit PEEK Interference Screw threads are designed to provide direct secure fixation with optimal strength characteristics. The cannulated Spirit PEEK system utilizes 1.1mm Nitinol Guide Wires to ensure proper screw alignment.

The Spirit TI Interference Screws are made from medical-grade Titanium alloy. These screws are designed to aid in the fixation of ligament reconstruction. The smartly designed thread pitch of the Spirit Ti screws allows for optimal fixation of grafts. The Spirit TI cannulated system utilizes 2mm Nitinol Guide Wires to ensure proper screw alignment.

COBRA AL is a self latching adjustable button loop. COBRA AL is made from HS Fiber®, an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) non-absorbable polymer. Advantages include:

• 3-point locking design. Unique 3-point locking design and braid construction for easy placement and to reduce suture creep.
• One size fits all. One size fits all your ACL repairs. Self-adjusting loop covering 15 to 60 mm ACL loop repair diameters.
